Information collected

The site does not use cookies or tracking tools. The Case Review form collects the information you enter: your name and other names used; email address and/or phone number; state; the veteran's name; names of others who may claim the same benefits; case status, decision date, and type of benefit; whether you have a representative; whether your net worth is under $2,000,000; whether you owe a past-due federal debt; whether the filing fee would be a hardship; and any note you add.

Sharing

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes information, including IP addresses, to operate the site. If you schedule a consultation, your name, email address, and phone number are processed by Cal.com, Inc., the scheduling service. Information is otherwise disclosed only as required by law.

Do Not Track

The site does not track visitors over time or across websites and does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals.

Consumer health data

To the extent Nevada's consumer health data law (NRS Chapter 603A, as amended by S.B. 370 (2023)) or Washington's My Health My Data Act applies: the type of benefit you select and any note you add may be consumer health data. It is collected from you, used to respond to your inquiry and check for conflicts of interest, and shared only with Cloudflare as the site's host. You may request confirmation of whether this information is collected or shared, a list of third parties with whom it is shared, its deletion, or that its collection or sharing stop, by emailing the address above.

Requests and Nevada sale opt-out

Questions or requests about your information may be sent to the address above. Nevada residents may submit a request not to sell covered information to the same address (NRS 603A.345).
